Train your jump to success!

Train your jump to success!

You want to realize your dream of SHORT-TERM FLYING and DUNKING?

Milan Rakic increased his vertical jump by 63 cm in 5 years – from 30 cm to 93 cm!

In this book, the studied sports scientist and basketball coach Milan Rakic shows you how to train your vertical jump and optimize the ‘High Vertical Jump’ in your sport.

“Since the age of 7, I have been actively playing in basketball clubs, and at the age of 18, I started coaching basketball teams and helping young and adult athletes jump higher. Numerous successes have motivated me to summarize my work in a book. It is important to me to reach even more athletes and share this knowledge with them. Above all, it is important to me that athletes do not make the same mistakes as I did and remain injury-free to be able to play a long-term sports career at a high level. I am particularly proud of my greatest personal success, being accepted as an active coach in the Athletic Truth Group by Ben Patrick @Kneesovertoesguy, which officially has recorded 2330+ Knee Ability Success Stories to date.

So, get this book and train your jump to success!” – Milan Rakic

Fascinating Interviews

Fascinating Interviews

This book is not just my knowledge, my bachelor thesis, but I see it as my life’s work. Several years of my own experience and success are woven into it. In addition to the scientifically processed content, I have included three very interesting interviews with successful individuals in their respective fields.

Thomas Armbrecht

Thomas Armbrecht is a physiotherapist who was a German youth basketball national player himself and had an excellent jumping ability. So outstanding that he could ‘kiss’ the rim. Today, he combines training and therapy in his work, which is also very important to me because fate has connected us in that we were separated from basketball due to injuries.

Dennis Wellm

Dennis Wellm has been the athletic trainer for the Fraport Skyliners for 9 years. He has worked with players such as Danilo Barthel, Johannes Voigtmann, or Isaac Bonga on their individual athletic abilities. As part of the German national team, Dennis was involved in the preparation for the 2015 European Championship held in their own country.

Gil "Rise" Thomas

Gil “Rise” Thomas, also known as ‘The Dunkmaster,’ is the Pioneer of Dunktraining. Personally, he achieved a vertical jump of 52″, which is 132.08 cm, after high school. Gil has been training individual athletes for over 30 years who want to increase their vertical jump – at every level: basketball athletes, JumpUSA P90X, AAU, D-I, professionals, Olympic high jump athletes, etc. – with training methods that Michael Jordan also used, although it was never reported or told.

While Michael Jordan had an incredibly good genetic foundation, he was also known for his intense training.
