“I’ve been playing basketball passionately for almost 7 years. However, at the beginning of 2020, I started experiencing intense pain in my lower back, which worsened after every training session. X-rays and MRI reports revealed that I have scoliosis and arthritis in the lumbar spine. After 3 months of physiotherapy, I felt better, but back pain was still a part of my daily life, and I couldn’t engage in sports.
